Swoopwing Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is processed when you play Swoopwing, developed by Safdil, on iOS, Android and the web, why it is processed and what your choices are. Safdil is the data controller.
In short
- There is no account. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress is stored on your device and, on iOS, in your own iCloud account.
- The game shows ads. On iOS your advertising ID is not used unless you allow tracking; in the EEA and UK we ask for consent first.
- We collect usage statistics and crash reports that do not include your name or contact details, to improve the game.
- We do not sell your data.
Data stored on your device
Levels, stars, coins, cosmetics and settings are saved on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes this data.
Services we use
The game uses the third-party services below. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Ads and tracking
- iOS: The game asks for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, your advertising ID (IDFA) is not shared; you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google’s consent form is shown on first launch. You can change your choice from the Privacy button in the game’s Settings.
- Rewarded videos are always optional; skipping them never costs you anything.
Web version
The web version has no ads, analytics or crash reporting. Your progress is kept only in your browser’s local storage.
Legal bases
- Providing the game (saves, purchases, leaderboards): performance of a contract.
- Crash reports and statistics: our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and improving it.
- Personalised ads: your consent (the iOS tracking prompt and, where required, Google’s consent form). You can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
Google and Apple operate servers outside your country, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Google sets the retention of advertising data. Data on your device stays until you delete the game.
Children
Swoopwing is a general-audience game and is not directed primarily at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@safdil.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Turkish KVKK or Californian CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Because there is no account, we usually cannot link data to you; the quickest way is to delete the game, reset your advertising ID and turn off permissions in your device settings. For any other request, email privacy@safdil.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above and announce important changes in the game.
